• Waive any claim to royalties, compensation, or ownership for the Content.
• Grant us the right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute the Content in any media worldwide, in perpetuity.
• Acknowledge and accept that any content you submit must comply with these Terms of Use.
• Confirm that the content is original or that you hold all necessary rights.
• Agree that HOBIHOP TRAVEL INC. becomes the sole owner of the submitted content.
• Waive any future claims to ownership or royalties.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all submitted Content complies with applicable laws, including but not limited to:

• The Copyright Act (Canada)
• The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) (U.S.)
• Other relevant international copyright laws

Any breach of these Terms may result in penalties, including account suspension or legal action. We may moderate, remove, or edit user-submitted Content at our sole discretion and are not liable for its accuracy or reliability.

4. Use of Tools and Destination Services

10. Account Termination and Enforcement

We reserve the right to take action at our discretion, including:

• First violation: Warning and content removal.
• Second violation: Temporary suspension.
• Third violation: Permanent ban and possible legal referral.

Serious violations may result in immediate account termination without warning.
